Banning Guidelines and Procedures

WARNING AND BANNING PROCEDURES

Proof Requirements:

Image Screenshots:

Should show the complete chat log (about 10 lines or more)
Should clearly show the character name involved
Should not be edited
Should be taken directly from BattleZoneMU/photos folder

Video Proofs:

Should be at least 480p quality

Should not be edited/cut/cropped/fast forwarded in any way

Should show the items of the reporter (in cases of hack/cheats)

Should have a minimum of 4 Kills.

Should be at least 1min length

Should show the character name of the person being reported clearly



I. Insults

Insulting Any Staff Team Member:

1st Offense = 5 days Character Ban
2nd Offense = 10 days Character Ban
3rd Offense = Permanent Character Ban

Server Insult - Permanent Account Ban

II. Player Insult (Racism, Serious Family Insult):

1st Offense = 5 days Character Ban
2nd Offense = 10 days Character Ban
3rd Offense = 15 days Character Ban
4th Offense = Permanent Character Ban

III. Staff Impersonation = Permanent Account Ban

IV. Advertising

Advertising Adult (xxx) sites name: (Not including Mentioning the name for fun)

1st Offense = 5 days Character Ban
2nd Offense = 10 days Character Ban
3rd Offense = 15 days Character Ban

Advertising/Recruiting for other MUOnline Servers:

1st Offense = Permanent Account Ban

Advertising Hack Sites/Pages = Permanent account Ban

V. Hacks/Cheats (All Hack/Cheat reports should be agreed upon by all GMs. Final say would be from any Head Game Master or Administrator)

Auto Potion/Auto Combo

1st Offense = 15 Days Account Ban
2nd Offense = 30 Days Account Ban
3rd Offense = Permanent Account Ban

DC Hack = Permanent Account Ban + IP Ban

SpeedHack/HitHack/AntiRef/BMD or use of any 3rd party program:

1st Offense = 1 month Account Ban
2nd Offense = Permanent Account ban + IP Ban

VI. Scam Attempt

1st Offense = 5 days Character Ban
2nd Offense = 10 days Character Ban
3rd Offense = 15 days Character Ban
4th Offense = Permanend Account Ban

VII. Castle Siege

Trading opponent guild inside the castle = 5 Days Character Ban
Open Store during Castle Siege = 1 Day Character Ban
Dropping items and the activation of items like the Gate per Kalima = 5 Days Character Ban
Using any type of Transformation Rings inside Castle = 1 Day Character Ban
Use of Stun Effect from Darkness Pentagram with active stun = 3 days Character Ban

VIII. Spamming Global Chat = 1 up to 5 Days Character Ban

IX. Buying/Selling

Buying/Selling items/account for real money/load or any other monetary= Permanent Account Ban
Buying/Selling illegal software = Permanent Account Ban
Buying/Selling items for other MU Server/Games = Permanent Account Ban

X. Illegal Sockets = 1 day Account Ban so staff can remove illegal socketed items

XI. Game Bugs Abuse = 1-10 Days Ban depending on the gravity of situation

XII. Failure to adhere to GM request to show items = 5 Days Account Ban + deletion of suspicious items.

XIII. Trying to send fake proofs to get refund or sending a fake report = Permanent Account Ban
